Eleanor Summerfield

Eleanor Summerfield was an English actress.

Summerfield was born in London in 1921. She received her acting training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. In the mid1960s, she played P.G. Wodehouses character Aunt Dahlia in BBC Ones blackandwhite TV series World of Wooster . She was also a regular on radio panel games, including BBC Radios Just a Minute, and was a team member for the entire 15year run of BBC Radio 4s game show Many a Slip .
